RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We will make all the needful alterations for your garment but we do not allow for any returns/ exchanges on the items as they will be custom made.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, refund would be processed.

PLEASE NOTE

Products once delivered cannot be returned. If there is any other additional alteration or customization a minimal amount will be charged regarding the same.

Masks and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable items.

No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.

All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

If any Garment needs any further alterations, the customer has to send the product to the office and the company will bear the further charges of sending it back.
